Mamme in Val Seriana, professionisti uniti per accompagnare le donne in gravidanza

Il progetto

Un format efficace e dedicato, utile ad offrire alle future mamme un servizio completo e multidisciplinare. E' nato e cresciuto negli ultimi mesi il progetto "Mamme in Val Seriana", promosso da un gruppo di professionisti altamente qualificati che desiderano accompagnare le future mamme durante il percorso di gravidanza e oltre. "Il nostro obiettivo - sottolinea la dott.ssa Valentina Lato, massoterapista e laureata in scienze motorie - è fornire un'esperienza unica e personalizzata a tutte le future mamme che scelgono di affidarsi a noi per prendersi cura di se stesse e dei loro bambini. Siamo consapevoli che la gravidanza può essere un periodo di grande cambiamento e sfida per molte donne e per questo motivo vogliamo offrire un supporto completo e dedicato. Con la nostra esperienza e competenza, siamo in grado di offrire ai nostri pazienti un approccio olistico alla salute, focalizzato sul benessere fisico, mentale ed emotivo".
L'idea è creare gruppi ristretti (una decina di gestanti al massimo) che possano ritrovarsi per dieci "lezioni" da 90 minuti ciascuna. "Ogni lezione - aggiunge Lato - prevede una parte teorico-informativa proposta dai diversi specialisti ed una parte di esercizio fisico mirato al benessere e al rilassamento attraverso esercizi guidati e di respirazione. Importante anche l'aspetto di socializzazione e dialogo fra le future mamme, in un'epoca in cui il fenomeno della denatalità rende sempre più rare le opportunità di incontro specifico".

I professionisti che partecipano

Del gruppo di specialisti legato al progetto "Mamme in Val Seriana" fanno parte anche Mary Vanotti (ostetrica), Mauro Tomasoni (osteopata ed osteopata pediatrico), Miriam Balduzzi (fisioterapista), Danila Zani (puericultrice), Elena Massari (psicologa e psicoterapeuta), Giulia Cossali (dietista).

Tematiche affrontate nel progetto

Fra le tematiche affrontate durante le lezioni, ci sono l'allattamento, l'accompagnamento psicoterapico rispetto alle difficolta nell'accompagnamento alla nascita, il recupero del pavimento pelvico e della diastasi addominale, alimentazione e svezzamento del bambino, massoterapia (manipolazione dei tessuti molli del corpo), puericultura per garantire il benessere fisico, emotivo e cognitivo dei bambini, movimento in gravidanza, osteopatia pediatrica per valutare i tessuti ossei, muscolari e viscerali del neonato, al fine di individuare eventuali squilibri che possono essersi originati durante il travaglio e il parto.
